Ritzy Chicken

5-7 chicken breasts cooked and diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 ounces sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1-2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed

Place diced chicken in bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix cream of chicken, sour cream and 1/2 stick of butter and pour over chicken. Mix crushed Ritz with other 1/2 stick melted butter and pour over top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve over rice.
